1 Tbs Olive oil 1 Brown onion chopped 2 tsp Cumin 1.2kg Pumpkin 1l Chicken stock Natural yoghurt
Add oil to pan , fry off onions and cumin and garlic. Add pumpkin until soft, add chicken stock cook for 20 mins . Once cooked blend and enjoy
