Serves 1-2

  • 8 tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 7 carrots, trimmed
  • 2 celery stalks, trimmed
  • half a cucumber, halved lengthways
  • 1 handful cabbage leaves, roughly chopped
  • half a yellow pepper, deseeded and roughly chopped
  • 2 green beans or snow peas
  • 1 garlic clove peeled
  • half an onion
